BOUSFIELD that you sent about cuting wood to dry with they Say that they cannot kindle the Sinders without a litle wood to Set them one burning & Robt. BOUSFIELD Sais that his Killn the Corn lays so high above the fire that he cannot dry a drying of oats in les than 24 hours if he has nothing but Sinders if you will get the Killen lower’d he can do without wood I think it might be better to Raise the fire place in the bottom then to take all the Kill up and to lay it all a new I will go and look at it and let you know what I think of it and then you may pas your opinion of it when you cume up. I tooke an Old Man that lives of Some land of Robt. BOUSFIELD’s in Hartley Cutting a young Eller in Potgill last Monday it is the thickness of a Sith Shaft he Said he was going to make a Ridstake of it I took it from him and tould him that he would be punish’d accord to law I am Sir your most Obedt.
