23 May 1790. LETTER ABOUT ENCLOSURE OF BLEATARN COMMON. Bundle 62, Doc 33. 22.5 cm x 18.5 cm. M. STEPHENSON Esqr. 23d. May 1790 ~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sir I wrote you a few days ago & since or reading the act for enclosing the Common of Bleatarn I find it only requires that the Common & Waste Grounds be perambulated – so that the place where you begin may be left to Mr. HEELIS to insert in the notices – for which it is I find necessary to give 15 days notice the manner of which is declared in the Act – as much time has been lost by L. L.’s opposition it is my wish & many of the Proprietors that the business may go forward with all convenient expedition as the Act requires. I therefore hope that you will be able to fix the time early enough this week to give directions to Mr. Edwd.
