21 Feb 1790. LETTER REGARDING RENT PAYMENTS. A pre stamp cover from Carlisle with contents about rent payment. With a CARLISLE straight line on the back. A bit grubby with the ubiquitous file fold, but otherwise a very fine letter. [Large straight stamp on back] CARLISLE for Mr. Jonat. Twelve Shilings & Sixpence the seckend of February, and never Recd a Litter from you since, which make us think you have not Recved it.
