I hereby Certify That the Representatives of the late James FAIRBAIRN were Assessed in the Townships of Blackhall Low, Upperby & Botchergate for Lands & Tythes in the said Townships belonging The late Sir J: C: MUSGRAVE the Sum of £312..10, for the Year 1807, ending 5th.
