02 Oct 1848. GOVERNESS’S SALARY RECEIPT. A fresh, very neat and clean receipt. 4” x 7”. Marianne BURKY was in the MUSGRAVE household at Edenhall in the 1851 census. She was then aged 47, unmarried, and born in Neûchatel en Suisse, Switzerland.
