24 Dec 1782. SMALL TITHES TO RECTOR OF CROSBY GARRETT. A fresh, very neat and clean receipt. 4” x 6”. 24th Decr. 1782 Received of Sir Philip MUSGRAVE by Christ: DOBSON twelve shillings and nine pence in full for one years prescription for the Tithe of Hay Wool and Lamb and all other small Tithes whatsoever for Spencers Tenement &c (except the Tithe of Bees Mortuaries Marriage Churching and Burial Fees) due last Martinmas to the Rectr: of Crosby Garrett which I paid to Mr: BIRDs Receiver who accepted of it as such as Witness my Hand [signed] John DAWSON
