Recd. of Sir Philip MUSGRAVE Bart. by Chrisr: DOBSON Eighteen Shillings in full for one Years Prescription for the Tithe of Hay Wool & Lamb & all other small Tithes whatsoever for Blandsis Farm (except the Tithe of Bees Mortuaries Marriage Churching & Burial Fees) due last Martinmas to ye Rector of Crosby Garrett wch I paid to Mr. BIRDs Receiver who accepted of it as such as Witness my Hand Wittness [signed] Robert CANTLEY [signed] John DAWSON
