17 Dec 1864 (1). HEAD GAMEKEEPER’S WAGES. A superbly fresh, small very neat and clean wages receipt with an Inland Revenue one-penny stamp. 4” x 7”. Edenhall, Dec. 17. 1864. Received from Sir Geo. MUSGRAVE, Baronet, the sum of Thirteen guineas, being one quarter’s wages due to me on the 19th. of November, 1864, as Head Gamekeeper, at 21s. per week. [signed] William SAWER £ 13 . 13 . 0 .
